PAYMENT OPTIONS

The great news is that by not having to deal with insurance companies, our office costs are kept down, so we can offer affordable chiropractic care for the whole family. Our prices are usually cheaper than a co-pay, but if you have chiropractic coverage, we will gladly provide you with the necessary documentation to get reimbursed if you’re willing to file yourself. We accept HSA and FSA forms of payment in our office and always welcome open and honest conversations about finances. We are here to serve you and will do all that we can to help.


RESCHEDULE & CANCELATIONS

Cancelations made prior to 24 hours of your appointment will not be charged. Canceled appointments made less than 24 hours of your appointment and no shows will be charged the FULL amount of the service booked. We understand that unexpected circumstances arise, therefore you will not be charged for rescheduled appointments as long as it is within two weeks of the original appointment.


$25 DEPOSIT FOR FIRST VISITS

There is a $25 non-refundable deposit for initial consultations. Payment of the deposit must be made in order for the appointment to be booked. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your first visit. For established practice members, a credit card will need to be kept on file.
